Firstly, I am a person who is grateful that Salvatore decided to build espresso machines. Certainly if he had chosen automobiles they might well have been wondrous, well-made and sexy beasts of transportation. But luckily he chose to build espresso machines and they are wondrous, well made sexy beasts of transportation. For truly, a great espresso can be thought of as transportation. No, espresso will not get you to work in the morning, but certainly, a couple of very fine cups of espresso can transport one to a place where all things become possible, such as driving to work. The bottom line is surely the coffee, and once I had mastered my distribution and tamping techniques I began to get amazing cups of espresso. My previous machine must take the credit for revealing the wondrous truth of excellent coffee. But, silly me, I needed to get an even better espresso. The One Black has done just that. I love the twin labels on the two buttons, “Brew” and “Power”. It looks like “Brew Power” to me. So, reading this you might surmise that I am a happy customer. Absolutely right: I am a happy customer. So if you are looking around to buy an espresso machine, there are many out there. But the Salvatore is made in the USA, and buying directly from the factory saves you both international shipping and also wholesale/retail fees. The Salvatore is a truly quality product, but, more than that, it makes a languorous and luxurious and deeply beautiful cup of espresso.
