Our Boiler and Heat Exchange

1550 Watt coiled heating element mounted on a brass flange, 2 liter boiler with 6" x 1.5" diameter heat exchange. The heat exchanger allows you to brew and steam at the same time, much like a boiler within a boiler.
	A steel frame that has been cut, bent, welded then powder coated to prevent rust for years to come.
The Steel Frame
All the others, Giotto, Livia, La Valentina, La Scala,Expobar, Silvia, Andreja and Bezzera BZ02 to name a few. Size of boiler 2 liters to their 1.3, removable heat exchanger with teflon gasket, theirs are welded so they are extremely difficult to service the boiler. The heating element is 1550 watts for faster heat up time and continuous steam pressure theirs are 1300 watts or less and very difficult to remove for service because they require a special tool and a three person torke.

The Pressure Stat
	Our commercial pressure stat on the left. It has a lifetime warranty. It controls the pressure and temperature in the boiler and is a very integral part of the machine. Ours can hold 30 amps and is found in large commercial machines because it is extremely heavy duty. The other machines use a small light duty 15 amp pressure stat and is definetly not adequate and you certainly would not want to leave your machine on for any length of time

Notice the machine on the right has no frame only the body, actually only the tubing is holding the boiler in place, notice the light duty wiring and tubing. In our machine each tube of copper 3/8" and 1/4" is custom bent by hand to fit perfectly, no rubber or plastic tubes and all the threadware is stainless and the fittings all brass.
